Little Luxuries

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of wallpaper products from Little Luxuries ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you ("Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Product Overview

1.1 Little Luxuries offers a curated selection of wallpaper products available for purchase in-store. Product imagery and promotional materials are for inspiration purposes only and may not represent exact colors, textures, or finishes.

1.2 Physical samples and swatches are available in-store. We strongly recommend reviewing samples in your intended space before placing a final order, as screen representations and printed materials may differ from the actual product.

1.3 Product batch numbers may vary between orders placed at different times. We recommend ordering the full quantity required in a single order to ensure color and texture consistency.

2. Minimum Purchase Requirement

2.1 A minimum purchase of five (5) rolls is required per order. Orders below this minimum will not be eligible for the offer.

2.2 The minimum quantity of five (5) rolls applies to the total order. Mixed-collection orders are subject to the same minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

2.3 Little Luxuries reserves the right to amend minimum purchase requirements. Terms in place at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

3. Measurement & Ordering

3.1 The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate wall measurements. Our team can assist with guidance on quantity requirements, pattern repeats, and recommended waste allowance.

3.2 A standard waste allowance of 10–15% is recommended to account for cutting, pattern matching, and trimming. Large pattern repeats may require a higher allowance.

3.3 All wallpaper is sold in full roll lengths. Partial rolls are not available unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed order form and deposit payment. No order is reserved or committed until both are received.

3.5 Little Luxuries shall not be held liable for shortfalls in quantity resulting from measurement errors or insufficient waste allowance provided by the Customer.

4. Payments & Advance Payments

4.1 The Client is liable to pay VAT (5%) charges in accordance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority rules and regulations.

4.2 Payments such as Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee request all related charges will be charged on the client's account.

4.3 Advance payments are non-refundable and shall be forfeited if the client fails to comply with its payment obligations as described herein. Delay of advance payment or pre-payment by more than 30 days from the date of issuance of the LPO entitles Little Luxuries to terminate and cancel the agreement and LPO. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees to this entitlement.

4.4 Balance Payment — Where the Client delays the balance payment beyond the agreed date, a penalty will be applicable. A 1% daily penalty will apply after 7 days of delay, not to exceed 10% of the value of the purchase order. Additionally, a storage fee of AED 500.00 per week will be applicable.

4.5 All prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.6 Little Luxuries reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice. Confirmed and deposited orders will be honored at the agreed price.

5. Wall Preparation — Customer Responsibility

5.1 Wall preparation is entirely the responsibility of the customer and must be completed before the agreed installation date. Little Luxuries does not carry out wall preparation work.

5.2 The following wall preparation requirements must be met prior to wallpaper installation:

●        Undulations and cracks on wall surfaces must be fully rectified.

●        All corner terminations must be straight and clean, including above skirting.

●        Standard walls must be prepared with two coats of stucco (MDF steel stucco) and two coats of primer, fully dried.

●        MDF walls must be prepared with two coats of primer; all joints and corners must be straight and clean.

●        All painting, contracting, joinery, and MEP works in the installation area must be fully completed before installation commences.

●        All joint tape and stucco (drywall compound) applications must be completed and fully dry.

●        Air temperature at the installation site must be approximately 22–24 degrees Celsius.

●        The installation area must be completely free from dust and debris.

●        All switch sockets in the area must be loosened prior to installation.

●        No other major works (painting, sanding, joinery, MEP) should be ongoing in the wallpaper installation area at the time of installation.

5.3 If the site does not meet the above preparation requirements and written instruction is given to proceed regardless, Little Luxuries waives all responsibility for wallpaper damage, warranty claims, and workmanship. Installation shall not commence without written confirmation from the customer acknowledging the site condition.

6. Removal of Existing Wallpaper or Wall Coverings

6.1 The removal of any existing wallpaper, wall coverings, adhesive residue, or surface treatments is not included in Little Luxuries' scope of work.

6.2 The Customer must ensure that all existing wall coverings are fully removed and that wall surfaces are clean, sound, and properly prepared before installation begins.

6.3 Little Luxuries will not be held responsible for any damage, delays, or additional costs resulting from inadequate removal of existing coverings or improper surface preparation.

7. Delivery & Lead Times

7.1 This offer applies to in-stock products only. On-order or custom products are not eligible.

7.2 Installation scheduling is subject to the availability of the installation team and will be confirmed at the time of order. The Customer will be notified of the scheduled installation date in advance.

7.3 The customer must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Unused, unopened wallpaper rolls in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided the return is approved in writing by Little Luxuries.

8.2 Opened, cut, or installed wallpaper cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

8.3 Custom and made-to-order wallpaper is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

8.4 In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the Customer must notify Little Luxuries within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Verified defects will be remedied through replacement or store credit at Little Luxuries' discretion.

9. Warranty

9.1 Products carry a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and printing under normal use conditions. Warranty periods vary by brand and collection and will be communicated at the point of sale.

9.2 Warranty is void where product failure results from inadequate wall preparation, incorrect installation, improper removal of existing coverings, moisture damage, physical misuse, or exposure to conditions outside the product's specified tolerance.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Little Luxuries' total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of wallpaper products shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10.2 Little Luxuries is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including costs of reinstallation, remedial work, or business disruption.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
